At Auriela, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we offer a smooth and transparent return and exchange process.

📅 Return Window

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

📦 Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Have original tags attached
• Be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for:
• Items with manufacturing defects
• Non-defective items (e.g., wrong size or change of mind)

To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Email us at aurelia.business2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Send the item to:

   *Use a reliable, trackable courier service.*

💸 Return Shipping Costs

• Free return shipping for incorrect or defective items.
• For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

🔄 Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or color, we offer exchanges based on stock availability. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a store credit, which you can use to place a new order.

💳 Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds.

Refunds are provided as store credit only in the following cases:
• Order cancelled by Auriela due to stock or payment issues
• Parcel lost by the courier during delivery

Store credit:
• Can be used on any future purchase
• Does not expire

❌ Order Cancellations

Auriela may cancel orders in rare cases (e.g., stock unavailability or payment failure). A full refund in the form of store credit will be issued in such cases.

ℹ️ Important Notes

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Please retain your order confirmation email as proof of purchase
• Discount codes and store credits are not redeemable for cash
