You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

β’ Have original tags attached
β’ Be returned in original packaging (if applicable)
π Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for:
β’ Items with manufacturing defects
β’ Non-defective items (e.g., wrong size or change of mind)
To initiate a return or exchange:

β’ Free return shipping for incorrect or defective items.
β’ For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
π Exchanges
If youβd like a different size or color, we offer exchanges based on stock availability. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a store credit, which you can use to place a new order.
π³ Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds.
Refunds are provided as store credit only in the following cases:
β’ Order cancelled by Auriela due to stock or payment issues
β’ Parcel lost by the courier during delivery
Store credit:
β’ Can be used on any future purchase
β’ Does not expire
β Order Cancellations
Auriela may cancel orders in rare cases (e.g., stock unavailability or payment failure). A full refund in the form of store credit will be issued in such cases.

β’ Shipping charges are non-refundable
β’ Please retain your order confirmation email as proof of purchase
β’ Discount codes and store credits are not redeemable for cash
